Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
Clean the pepper, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small pan and add the pepper, onion and garlic. Add the tomato cubes and bring to the boil. It must be a thick sauce.
Season with pepper, salt and oregano.
Cut the chicken fillet into thinner slices. Sprinkle with some pepper, salt and flour.
Heat the remaining oil and quickly bake the chicken fillet light brown on both sides.
Place chicken side by side in Oven dish.
Spread the tomato sauce on top.
Sprinkle some oregano on top and place a nice slice of cheese on top.
About 20 minutes in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees, so that the cheese is melted and light brown.

Approx. 400 grams of chicken fillet
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 can of tomato cubes
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
½ red chili
2 teaspoons of oregano
Approx. 100 grams of thin slices of spicy mature cheese
1 glass of dry white wine
