Beef Stroganoff

Preparation method:
Beef Stroganoff recipeSear steak (keep stirring). Even though the meat is brown, it immediately comes out (otherwise it will be tough!). Just keep apart.
In the same pan, fry the finely chopped onion, add the finely chopped mushrooms and let it simmer.
Then steak again, garlic added and everything warm up.
Add a dash of ketchup and soy sauce and a small dash of vodka or whiskey (not too much, otherwise it will dominate). Put the fire in it (flambé) (keep the lid handy to put out the fire). At the very end, when everything is hot, stir in the sour cream and serve immediately!

Ingredients for 2 People:
300 grams of beef cut into small cubes 2×3⁄4in (2×2 cm)
2 large onions
box of mushrooms
1 clove of crushed garlic
tip of sambal
little soy sauce
250 ml sour cream
dash of vodka or whiskey

Delicious with rice!
